Anastasia Gathoni Mugo

Anastasia Gathoni Mugo holds a degree in counselling psychology with eight years of experience . Her strength and expertise includes one on one individual therapy, couple therapy, and teenage and young adult’s therapy.

Having a certificate in universal treatment on addiction counselling, 

She has expertise in physiology and pharmacology for addiction helping students struggling with addictions such as betting, gambling, Substance Use Disorder (SUDs) and walking with parents who have children struggling with addiction.

She’s a passionate trainer about positive parenting, something I do with an understanding that if we help parents understand the struggles their children are currently struggling with, they will be able to help them develop resilience.

She’s very passionate about mental illness, am currently a consultant with several rehabilitation centers and mental health facilities.

She trains cooperate institutions as well as working with their employees creating awareness on work place stressors, work life balance and emotional regulation. 

She is passionate and committed to my assignment the healing of my clients is my fulfillment.

She’s an accredited mediator with (Mediation Accreditation committee) MAC, mediating privately, very passionate about helping people resolve their issues without much conflict and damage.
